In our Program, the Young Falcon, is based on the skills and expertise socioemocionais in conjunction with the development of technical knowledge in general and the specific. With the multi-disciplinary nature of the programme, the young people become the protagonists of their own story, trying to prepare the best for the job market, and a focus on the design of the living.

CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT
With the Continuous Development of a learning journey for both the leaders and their team of collaborators, designed in an interdisciplinary way, and to make much of an impact. By using the pills, education, and opportunities for education, for the journey to promote the leadership of an interdisciplinary experience, with the objective of collaborating with the development of each of the organization's network, and to strengthen the knowledge of the leader.
TEACHER TRAINING
The main aim of our training spaces with educators is to support and guide educators who are part of the Gerando Falcões network in their teaching practices. Teachers work in workshops, qualification courses, play and recreational spaces, in person or in a hybrid format. This is done in a creative way, by drawing up pedagogical plans and lesson plans that apply active methodologies, focusing on the development of essential skills and competencies, in order to provide meaning for both the students and their life projects.
TEACHING TEACHING
The teaching how to teach program trains facilitators in technical and behavioral skills so that they can carry out specific training courses proposed by Gerando Falcões in their territory, as well as expanding their knowledge of the profile and practice of the social educator in strategic planning for the third sector through dynamics with active methodologies.
